The meteoric rise of US vocalist and songwriter, Gregory Porter, Grammy-nominated for his debut album, Water, confirms he is truly the Next Big Thing – an opinion shared by The New York Times, Jools Holland, Jazzwise Magazine and Wynton Marsalis.  His music flows with a sense of timelessness through blues, soul and gospel and his striking interpretations of standards as well as his own powerful originals reflect the eloquence of musical inspirations Nat ‘King’ Cole, Joe Williams and Donny Hathaway.  His debut at the Club in July sold out fast so catch him while you can.
